Dear teacher,

In recent years, the inclusion of digital technologies in modern educational environments is integral to the facilitation of the educational and learning process.

We are a group of scientists from 5 European countries: Greece, Cyprus, Spain, Poland and Romania who put up this survey addressed to primary education teachers as a part of an international project iLearn4Health in order to explore their views on the necessity of including modern digital tools to facilitate and assist the educational process.

By completing this questionnaire, we will have an insight on teachers’ needs, skills and knowledge in the field of technology usage in order to be able to implement the DGBL (digital game-based learning) methodology with children. It will help us and, later, teachers to effectively utilize educational games that will be created and tailored to the needs of children.

The questionnaire, thus, serves as a research for the further development of the innovative games in the topic of health promotion in primary schools that will be available for students for free.

The condition for obtaining reliable results and credible feedback is an honest attitude to individual statements. Please complete the entire test in one attempt.

You are asked to answer a series of questions regarding the following:

1. Demographic data (e.g., education and specialization data of each teacher, etc.).
2. Teachers' views regarding digital tools and educational methods.

Your answers are anonymous and confidential, and will be used only for research purposes and as suggestions for implementing future educational interventions at school using new technologies.
