i-Learn 4 Health

Dear parent,

We are a group of scientists from 5 European countries: Greece, Cyprus, Spain, Poland and Romania who put up this survey as a part of an international project iLearn4Helth in order to learn more about the behavior of children 8 to 10 years old, at home and at school. By completing this questionnaire, we will have an insight on children’s behavior in terms of dealing with difficult or dangerous situations as well as stereotypes. It will help us to draw conclusions and create online games tailored specially to the needs of the children and their level of acquisition of knowledge in the field of health education. The questionnaire, thus, serves as a research for the further development of the innovative games in the topic of health promotion in primary schools that will be available for your children for free.

The first part of the questionnaire shall be completed by parents. The second part can be completed either by the child himself/herself or with the help from parents if needed. The condition for obtaining reliable results from the questionnaire is an honest attitude to individual statements. Therefore, it is necessary that you and your child with indicate the answers that illustrate what the child is, not what it should be.

2. details about the handling of stressful situations and accidents
3. perception of stereotypes
